Prints and branding approaches
Screen print on cotton at up to six colours keeps decoration under €0.90 per bag. DTG print on cotton is reserved for short runs and full-colour seasonal-event graphics. Polyester 600D takes sublimation at full-coverage wraparound print.
Bundling and packaging
Loyalty-program shoppers are flat-folded in stacks of 25. Tourist-area polyester shoppers are bulk-folded 50 per master carton. Press-kit shoppers are individually polybagged with a printed retailer crest sticker.
