Closing a Limassol corporate-services or FX mandate worth seven figures typically triggers a thank-you gesture — and the gift is judged harder than the pitch deck. A blanket works because it lands in the recipient's home, not their office, and survives the question "what was that?" from a spouse for weeks. The risk is going too brand-forward: a logo-heavy fleece reads as marketing, not gratitude. We default to woven or leather labels, no loud decoration, and a presentation box that justifies keeping the gift on the sideboard.

Prints and branding approaches

Blind deboss on vegetable-tanned leather ages with use — six months in, the patch develops a patina that reads as heritage, not logo. Foil stamp (gold, copper, matte black) on the leather is the alternative if you need the brand mark visible at the moment of handover. We avoid screen print on the wool-blend surface because the texture absorbs the ink unevenly. For the collector tier, a numbered swing tag with the year and a serial adds provenance without becoming noise.

Can the leather patch carry the recipient's initials?

Yes for runs under 50 units — each patch is blind-debossed with initials at €2.40 per unit setup. Above 50 we switch to a single brand-mark patch per tier because individualised patches become a logistics drag and the foil-stamped monogram on the inside of the box does the personalisation work more cleanly.

Can you ship a single gift to a London or Athens address?

Yes — DHL Express from Limassol, €45 flat to EU and UK, 48-hour delivery. We handle the export paperwork (Cypriot EUR1 movement certificates, VAT zero-rating for gift shipments under €45) and the recipient pays no import duty because the consignment is below the de-minimis threshold. Non-EU destinations are quoted case by case.

What if the deal closes on a Friday afternoon?

We hold five units of each tier in plain packaging at the Limassol base for the Friday rush. We can hand-deboss the patch and ship on Monday for a Wednesday delivery — typical for a Limassol-to-London or Limassol-to-Moscow gift. Above five units, allow a 14-day production slot.

Is the wool blend warm enough for an Athens winter?

Yes — Athens winters hover around 8–12°C and a 50/50 wool blend is comfortable indoors. For colder destinations (Moscow, Minsk, central Europe) we recommend the lambswool tier because the higher wool content insulates better at lower indoor temperatures.

Can the box carry a personal message?

Yes — hand-written note on 300 gsm cotton stock, vellum envelope, €1.80 per card including typesetting. We can also match a house font if you have one. For runs above 30 we typeset and print in-house; below 30 we set each card by hand at no extra charge.

What if the gift needs to be discreet — no branding at all?

Common for senior partner-to-client gifts where the brand relationship is sensitive. We can ship unbranded with a removable leather patch (the patch tucks into a pocket in the box lining), or specify the patch only on the inside of the presentation box lid where the recipient sees it but guests do not.
