Folders for strategic session (Cyprus)

Board-meeting branded folders for Cyprus strategic sessions — A4 leatherette portfolio with 30-sheet notepad and pen loop, runs from 30 units, 7-day lead time.

Why a portfolio fits a strategic session

A strategic session in Cyprus (typically a board offsite, an annual planning day, or a quarterly executive review) produces a physical set of papers that each attendee needs to walk away with: the agenda, the financial deck, the KPI summary, the discussion notes. The folder is the formal container — it tells attendees this is a serious meeting, and it organises the paper stack so the afternoon discussion runs on time. The wrong pick is a plastic sleeve or a generic binder: it reads as internal admin rather than a board-level meeting.

Typical run is the executive headcount, 8–40 units per session.

Models and materials that fit

Default pick is a 24 × 32 cm A4 leatherette portfolio in deep burgundy or navy, with a 30-sheet lined notepad (80 gsm ivory paper), a pen loop on the spine, and an internal pocket for loose papers. Mid-tier steps up to a soft-touch PU leatherette with stitched edges and a brass corner detail. Premium tier for board-level sessions: full-grain leather in espresso, with a brass-cap pen clipped into the spine, a small internal card holder, and a debossed monogram on the front.

Prints and branding approaches

The portfolio carries a 4 × 4 cm hot-foil deboss on the front — corporate brand mark centred, no event date (the portfolio will be reused for the next session, so a date stamp looks dated). The notepad cover carries a small printed mark in 2 × 2 cm and a footer line with the company name and the session date. Avoid large logos or full-surface prints: they read as a giveaway rather than a working document.

Bundling and packaging

Each portfolio ships flat-packed in a non-branded outer mailer with the notepad inserted and the pen clipped into the spine (pen sold separately, see our corporate pen tier). For the session itself, we ship to the venue the day before — Parklane, Four Seasons, Amara, or the office — and the organising team inserts the session papers. Add a printed tab divider set (5 tabs, branded) for €1.20 per unit if the session has multiple agenda sections.

Runs, lead times, and budgets

Standard run starts at 30 units (some clients stock 30 portfolios as a reusable pool for any session), scaling to 80 for larger off-sites. Lead time is 7 business days from artwork sign-off, plus 2 days if a custom notepad cover is required. Pricing in EUR runs from €18–26 per unit for the default leatherette at 30 units, dropping to €14–22 at 60+; soft-touch mid-tier sits at €28–38 per unit; full-grain premium tier sits at €58–78 per unit.

Cyprus context

Limassol finance and legal are the largest buyers — quarterly board sessions, annual strategic off-sites, M&A discussion meetings. Nicosia public sector uses a similar folder for inter-ministerial committees. Paphos boutique hospitality uses a smaller A5 version for partner meetings. We deliver to Parklane Limassol, Four Seasons, Amara, and the Hilton for off-sites the day before; add €4.50 per unit for venue hand-delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Which portfolio size fits a 60-page board paper deck?

The default A4 leatherette portfolio fits 30 sheets comfortably in the internal pocket and 30 sheets in the notepad — 60 sheets total, the standard for a half-day board session. For longer decks (90+ sheets), we step up to a 25 mm spine capacity at €2.40 per unit uplift. For shorter decks (10–20 sheets), the A5 variant is €2.40 per unit cheaper and reads as more agile.

Can the portfolio be reused for the next session?

Yes — that’s the right pattern. The default leatherette and soft-touch tiers both hold up for 10+ sessions of use. The notepad is the only consumable — refills cost €3.20 per unit for a 30-sheet lined pad in the same paper and binding as the original. Most Limassol finance offices keep a stock of 20–30 portfolios and replace the notepad as needed.

Should we print the session date on the notepad?

Yes for the notepad cover only, not for the portfolio. The portfolio is reusable across sessions and dates, so a date stamp on the cover looks dated within a quarter. The notepad is session-specific and gets discarded afterwards, so a date footer on the cover (1 × 0.4 cm) is fine and useful for taking minutes. We typeset the date in the same serif as the brand mark.

Do you ship to the off-site venue the day before?

Yes — we ship to Parklane Limassol, Four Seasons, Amara, Hilton, and the Elysium for the off-site venue the day before. The venue’s banqueting team accepts the parcels under the company name; you collect them on the morning. Add €4.50 per unit for venue hand-delivery; free at runs of 60+.

Can we add a pen to the portfolio and still hit the per-unit budget?

Yes — pair the default leatherette with our entry brass-barrel click pen (€2.40 per pen) and the all-in price stays under €25 per unit at 30 units. For a more presentable combination, the brass rollerball (€4.80 per pen) adds elegance without crossing the budget. Most Limassol finance hosts include the pen — the portfolio without a pen looks unfinished on the table.

Can the portfolio carry a Cyrillic or Greek inscription on the notepad?

Yes — we typeset the notepad cover in Greek, Russian, or English. Add €0.40 per unit for dual-language typesetting. The portfolio itself stays unbranded except for the corporate logo; bilingual inscriptions only go on the consumable notepad.
