Do we need to size the run by team or by event?
By team headcount plus 10–15 spares. A 30-person team usually breaks down to 8 small, 14 medium, 7 large, 1 XL — that ratio holds across most Cyprus office demographics. Order the spares in medium and large only; small and XL rarely get used.
