Why branded webcam covers work for IT Day in the UAE
UAE fintech teams and developer organisations commission branded webcam covers for IT Day circuits — corporate teams, internal recognition, conferences, and seasonal mailers. The webcam cover sits on the laptop lid during a video call, on the laptop lid during a partner event, and on the laptop lid of a long-serving staff member.
Materials and models that suit a IT Day audience
Aluminium webcam cover at 18 by 9 mm is the workhorse. ABS plastic at 18 by 9 mm is the editorial tier. Standard finish: matte black, brushed aluminium, or printed colour.
Decoration approaches for IT Day webcam covers
Screen-print or full-colour print on the cover is the workhorse. Laser-engraved logo is the spec for executive tiers.

Working with Corp-Merch in the UAE
Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merch supplier based in Dubai. We work with brands across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — as well as the free-zone clusters at DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA, DAFZA and Dubai Internet City. Our production hub is in Dubai with delivery by our own courier fleet across the Emirates, and air-freight for cross-border replenishment. The team operates Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time, with an emergency rush slot for late-cycle art approvals and event-countdown orders. Quotes are issued in AED with VAT 5% added for B2B deliveries to UAE-registered entities, and COO certificates accompany every bulk shipment for the client's compliance file.
For repeat clients we hold a soft reservation on raw materials and decorate-on-demand capacity, which lets the client's brand-team re-order popular items on shorter lead time than the standard production cycle. We do not operate as an official partner, sponsor or licensee of any third-party event, venue, regulator or association named on the page above; references are used descriptively only and belong to their respective owners.
Frequently asked questions
Which webcam covers suits a IT Day in the UAE?
For IT Day, our standard spec is the webcam covers with the brand logo on the front or wrap, presented in a gift box or a kraft sleeve. For the highest tier, we offer the webcam covers in the brand's signature colour, paired with a foil-stamped rigid gift box and a printed ribbon closure.
Can you match our Pantone colours?
Yes — for runs over 200 units we custom dye the {commodity} to Pantone Coated references. Smaller runs use stock colours from our library; speak to us about the closest match if the brand colour is outside the standard palette.
Do you handle print proofs?
Yes — we run a physical pre-production sample on the actual {commodity} before any production run is released, so the brand can see the colour, the texture and the print before signing off.
What is the typical lead time in the UAE?
Standard lead time is 14 to 18 business days for webcam covers runs after artwork approval. A 7-day rush is available for stock colours — confirm by Wednesday and packs leave our Dubai hub the following Monday.

No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate merch producer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or partnered with any IT Day, developer event, or regulated entity named on its. References are descriptive only and belong to their respective owners.

Yes — variable-data print is included up to 30 unique names, with a small per-name fee above that. We use it for talent-recruitment mailers and for client-team takeovers.
