UV print on the Atom 10K is the standard — full-colour photographic artwork, AED 4.20 per print. Laser engraving on the Atom 20K reveals the anodised aluminium under the lacquer, holds past the lifetime of the power bank, AED 2.50 per engraving. Pad print on the Atom 5K is for one-colour logos at AED 1.20 per print. Every Atom power bank ships with a 12-month cell warranty and an IEC 62133 cell test certificate — mandatory for the GITEX and ADIPEC giveaways under UAE safety regulations.

Is the Atom 10K allowed in cabin baggage on Emirates flights?
Yes. Lithium-polymer power banks up to 100 Wh are allowed in cabin baggage. The Atom 10K is 36 Wh, the Atom 20K is 72 Wh — both well below the 100 Wh cabin limit. We include the Wh rating on the back of every unit for airport security.
Can the power bank be bundled with a wireless charger for a welcome pack?
Yes. The Atom 10K + ChargePad wireless charger is a standard welcome-pack kit at AED 122 per kit, MOQ 50. We assemble, ship and pre-pack in 12-piece carton packs. The DIFC and ENBD graduate-intake kits are 80 pieces of this kit per quarter.
What warranty covers the cell for the DIFC boardroom unit?
12 months on the cell, 24 months on the casing and the PCB. We replace any unit that drops below 80% of rated capacity within the first 12 months. The Atom 20K ships with an extended 24-month cell warranty at no extra cost.
Can the power bank be printed with a photograph for a tourism-board campaign?
Yes. UV print on the Atom 10K, max print area 140 × 60 mm. Common for the Louvre Abu Dhabi gift shop, the Alserkal Avenue residency drops and the Dubai Design Week programme. MOQ 50, lead time 10 working days for runs under 250.
