Branded notebooks for lectures (Cyprus)

Why notebooks work for Cyprus lectures

A Nicosia university running a 12-lecture executive-education programme on corporate governance wants attendees to leave each session with a notebook that becomes a year-long study aid — an A5 hardbound notebook with 96 ivory pages, a built-in ribbon marker and a debossed programme wordmark is the right register at €4.80 per unit. For a Limassol tech academy running a 6-week bootcamp, an A5 PU softcover with graph-paper pages and a stitched binding is the practical register at €2.40 per unit. The notebook becomes the cohort's shared study aid.

Models and materials that fit

The default lecture notebook is the A5 PU softcover with 96 ivory pages (80 gsm), stitched binding and a single-tone screen-printed programme mark on the front cover — €2.40 per unit on 50-unit runs. The mid-tier is the A5 hardbound Moleskine-style with elastic closure and ribbon marker at €4.80 per unit. The academic upgrade is the A5 casebound notebook with 192 pages, dot-grid ruling and a built-in pocket at €9 per unit — typically reserved for executive-education programmes.

Prints and branding approaches

Screen print on the front cover is the standard for the PU softcover — a single-colour Pantone print at 130×190 mm holds detail on the soft cover. For the hardbound line we offer blind emboss at €0.60 per unit extra, which gives a more premium mark. For executive-education programmes we add a small "Lecture Series, [N]" line below the logo at no extra cost.

Bundling and packaging

Each notebook ships individually polybagged with a printed belly band carrying the programme wordmark and a "Lecture [N], [Date]" line. For cohort deliveries we ship the notebooks to the programme coordinator 24 hours before each lecture session, so the coordinator hands them out at the registration desk on arrival.

Runs, lead times, and budgets

Lecture notebook runs land between 30 and 200 units per cohort. Standard production is 5–7 business days; rush runs of 3 business days are possible on the PU softcover line if we have blank stock at the Limassol hub. Ballpark — €2.40–€9 per notebook depending on the SKU and decoration route.

Cyprus context

Cyprus's professional education sector is anchored by the University of Nicosia, the Cyprus Institute of Marketing and the European University Cyprus — each runs an executive-education calendar through the year. Limassol's tech academies (Cyprus Coding School, Capsicum Academy) run shorter-format bootcamps with cohort sizes of 30–60 students. The Limassol hub stocks PU softcover and hardbound blanks year-round for the 3-day rush turnaround.

Frequently asked questions

What notebook fits an executive-education lecture programme?

For an executive-education programme the A5 casebound notebook with 192 pages, dot-grid ruling and a built-in pocket is the right register at €9 per unit. The hardbound Moleskine-style with elastic closure is the budget alternative at €4.80 per unit.

Can the notebook include a printed lecture calendar?

Yes — we can print a 4-page lecture-series calendar (with lecture dates, topics and speaker names) tucked into the front pocket at €0.40 per unit. The calendar turns the notebook into a year-long reminder of the programme.

Can the notebook include the cohort's name?

Yes — a name printed on the inside back cover adds €1.20 per unit. For 30+ cohort members we recommend a batch upload of names with our artwork team. Name-personalised notebooks double as networking aids and create a sense of cohort identity.

What's the smallest lecture notebook run you take on?

30 units per cycle. Below that we offer a stock notebook with a custom belly band at €2.20 per unit on 15-unit runs. The pre-built route is faster (3 business days) and works well for one-off lectures with under 30 attendees.

Can the notebook be paired with a pen?

Yes — we offer a paired A5 notebook + BIC-style pen set at €2.80 per set on 100-unit runs. The pen is the BIC Cristal Original with a single-colour screen-printed wordmark. Both items ship pre-bundled in a kraft belly band.

Can we ship notebooks to a Limassol or Nicosia lecture venue?

Yes — we deliver to lecture venues across the island with a 24-hour pre-event turnaround. The coordinator holds the notebooks at the registration desk and distributes them at the start of each session.
