Soda-lime glass is the standard — clear, durable, dishwasher-safe, suitable for one-off and commercial use. 500 ml is the standard pint (imperial) and the corporate default; 568 ml is the true imperial pint (UK standard); 330 ml is the half-pint (the legal Cyprus serving measure for spirits-based beers). Beer stein (the handled ceramic or glass mug with a hinged lid) is a niche premium item, typically 500 ml, suitable for German-themed hospitality or brewery heritage branding.
For premium gifting, leaded crystal at 400–500 ml reads as luxury and survives as a keepsake. Crystal is hand-blown, dishwasher not recommended.
