Sourcing playbooks by industry
Fifteen sector-specific briefs that tell you what to put in the kit, what the regulator expects, and what it costs per person.
Fifteen sector playbooks (15)
Each playbook is written for one vertical and one programme type, from banking welcome kits to pharma conference bags and cruise line loyalty rewards. The banking brief, for instance, builds a kit that has to survive an onboarding process run under anti-money-laundering rules, so it carries a printed compliance card alongside the leather portfolio and the notebook. The healthcare brief is built around clinical staff retention, where the same budget buys a bottle and a lanyard in year one but a hoodie and an engraved pen once the service anniversary arrives.

The numbers behind the kits
Budget envelopes are given per person, landed and delivered duty paid, because that is the figure a budget holder actually works with. The banking programme runs from 65 to 120 dollars for a junior analyst, 120 to 220 for a manager and 220 to 380 for a director, with the tier moving from a single-colour decoration to multi-colour work and an executive presentation box. Healthcare programmes start lower, at 35 to 70 dollars for the first three years of service and reach 180 to 340 at leadership level. A conference kit for a technology audience is budgeted differently again, because the brief is a booth cost rather than a people cost.
Timelines are stated the way they are planned. The banking pilot ships 50 units in 14 days and then ramps over 4 to 6 weeks for a 500-unit annual blanket order; healthcare runs a 100-unit pilot in 16 days and a 5-week standard ramp. Add two weeks when the specification includes a FIPS-validated drive, custom leather embossing or antimicrobial-certified lanyards, because those approvals sit outside the factory calendar.
What each playbook contains
Ten sections in the same order every time, so two playbooks can be compared side by side: why the programme matters in that sector, the recommended kit composition with quantities and decoration methods, the compliance rules that apply to the products, the personalization fields that can be printed per recipient, the sourcing region we recommend and why, the budget envelope by tier, lead time and ramp, the four-step pilot we would run, cross-references to the related use-case and method pages, and the questions buyers in that sector ask most often.
