Corporate merch by emirate and sector
Forty combinations of four emirates and ten sectors, each with the delivery and compliance rules that apply to it.
Four emirates, ten sectors (40)
The combination of four emirates and ten sectors gives forty pages, and the order matters less than the pairing. A hotel group with properties in Dubai and Sharjah runs two different delivery plans, one municipality and one free zone, but the same brand standards. A bank with a government contracting arm has a second set of rules that no retail client faces. Every page on this index states the print tolerances the sector expects, the certification the material has to carry, the languages the artwork has to cover, and how the invoice is treated for a local buyer.
Delivery is quoted from the desk nearest the delivery address. Goods going to an address in the emirate they were produced in arrive the same day, the neighbouring emirates the next day, and the rest of the country by road on the standard schedule. Export runs leave on a different clock: five to ten working days to the European Union with a EUR.1 certificate, ten to fifteen days elsewhere.
The ten sectors
Banks and financial institutions, universities, schools and education technology, government bodies and embassies, hotels, restaurants and resorts, information technology companies and start-ups, logistics and transport, media and advertising agencies, hospitals, pharmacies and medical technology, real estate developers and brokers, and retail chains and e-commerce. The pages cover what each of them buys, which certification the buyers audit for, and the point in the year when their volume peaks.

What stays the same on every page
Colour accuracy is held to a tight Pantone tolerance across all forty pages, because a brand book that drifts between emirates is a brand book nobody trusts. Textiles carry OEKO-TEX 100 as the baseline, with recycled and certified fibres offered as substitutions rather than as a premium tier. Artwork is prepared in Arabic, English and Russian where the audience needs it. Local orders are invoiced through the e-invoice system with VAT at 5% shown as its own line, and export orders ship without UAE VAT against a certificate of origin that matches the destination.
